just had the worst experience two of your employees dont care about customer service me and my mom were there to return a shirt and this older blonde sales clerk at the clinque makeup kept complaining why yall didnt close your stores when you had the power outage and kept complaining like it was our fault she was so unprofessional and when she asked her coworker to come help us this female sales clerk with dark brown hair wearing all black who worked at another makeup counter was so rude to us kept arguing with my mom about her return stating that she had the wrong price tag and when another coworker went to look for the same shirt she realized my mom had the right price tag she was so rude and had an attitude after having the worst customer service experience i wont be shopping there anymore they ruined it for me they need to be retrained and learn customer service

To put it mildly the shoe department looked like a tornado hit! This was a shock especially since I have been in the store numerous times in the past but it has been a few years . The women’s restroom looked worse than a service station bathroom-filthy! My sister and I were there a good hour “digging” through the different shoes trying to find some for wedding but no one ever waited on us or offered to assist. In fact it almost looked like the didn’t have anyone “working” ! I was shocked! I have been a customer a long time but this was the worst!

I walked into the store in the mid-afternoon, so it was not very busy. I was looking to make a simple return on a pair of shorts because they didn’t fit. I found a lady at a register in the fragrance department and kindly asked if I could do clothing returns here or if I need to go elsewhere. She slammed down her book, rolled her eyes and motioned for me to hand her the shorts. I was shocked, but I just went forward with the return. She had an attitude with me the entire time, even after I repeated that I could go elsewhere if this was not her job. I am very disappointed with the rude service and will not be back. You can take two minutes to make a return. It’s your job.

We entered the store about 5 minutes after they opened on April 28,2024. We went to look for shoes. The shoe department was a complete disaster and the employee was standing at the register on her phone. The clothes were in such a mess I thought that I was at a discount or clearance store. There were several employees that were working but not one time did anybody say can I help you find something. You have prices that are for an upscale store but it looks like Walmart. I will not be going back ever.

Daughter needed a dress for a school dance. Kohls didn't have any, amd everywhere else I knew of closed at 8. Luckily, Belk was open until 9! Obviously at 8pm it wasn't crowded, gps took me straight there, and everything worked out!

Just wasted a day coming to Belk Turkey creek to shop for formal dress with my daughter because - who would possibly know- they only have dresses at the mall location. Both stores should carry the same things. Extremely bad service and waste of time
