Bad service. Couple of unsupervised HS kids working on my 4k Dollar bike. The wheel fell off when I rode it due to loose bolts. . Could have been catastrophic for me, I'm a disabled person. Totally irresponsible. Owner was apologetic because bike was not done on time but that doesn't really matter if the work is sub par. Really makes me feel taken advantage of at $400 plus bill. I do not recommend them for even simple tune up service.

Thank you Fares for your help today! He helped me with purchasing a new bike for my 4 year old and gave me great advice on teaching him to ride without training wheels. 2 minutes after I got home my son was riding all by himself! Great service and highly recommend West Bikes!

After losing my charger for my E bike in the Florida Keys. I found a couple of places in Europe that had them in stock, but they would not ship to the USA. NO ONE had any here. Contacted the guys at West Bikes and they ordered one up. I cannot thank them enough! I spoke to a lot of bike shops, and they were the only one that offered to order me one. That gesture will not be forgotten on future bike purchases, and repairs. Fantastic customer service!

Fares made the purchase of a new mountain bike a pleasure. He took the time with my 14 year old son to make sure he was happy. Everyone in the shop stopped what they were doing to to make sure everything was taken care of so he could ride out with his new bike. Very personable and knowledgeable staff! Thanks!
