Everything in store way over priced. Will have a sale sticker on an item and it turns out their sale price is normal retail price at any other box store. Very disappointed because they have a great selection of items. Can almost never use the $5 rebate cards you receive because of all the stipulations. Either have to spend $30 or more or it can't be used for item you want to purchase.

Never thought I would say this because I am okay with change, but ever since Elder’s has come in they have done nothing but destroy the store in Florence we all love. I have been shopping here for over 30 years. It is sad to see what it has become. The store in general isn’t organized like it use to be. Clothes are not organized by kids, women and mens. The way the store is set up now it feels like you are shopping in the thrift store, having to plunder for your items. The atmosphere doesn’t give you that “i’m wanted here” fibe. Oh and what happened to those commercials we love so much during each holiday and especially rival week? DW and Mandy killed them every year making all of us laugh and smile. Honestly, they are the ones who always bring the crowd in. & what happened to the black friday deals? Can you say money hungry?

I love this place. It's a man's dream come true. You have to come and see for yourself. They do need to hire better trained cashiers because it's embarrassing when they send coupons and the only woman that knows how to make them work isn't there. Other than that this is a awesome place. And they should stay open later !!! Maybe to 9 or 10 for the community that actually works!

Always had good experiences here until I dealt with Sam. He has zero costumer service skills. He needs to be stocking shelves instead of dealing with customers or he’s gonna hurt their business. I normally am not the type to leave reviews, but I feel it would be a disservice to the owner to not hear about him. He has a very bad attitude.
