Fantastic experience. The group behind A Brighter Image is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. I love that there’s usually a pup lounging at the shop, and my lenses were ready ahead of schedule. They took very careful care of my frames and ensured everything was done properly.

I've been to "A Brighter Image" several times now, and have only had very positive experiences. Everyone is super nice and helpful (including the resident dog) and just generally chilled (i.e., they won't try to sell you the most expensive frames and lenses you don't need, in contrast to some other places I've visited).

I've just ordered a pair of new progressive glasses and set of contact lenses, so I look forward to picking these up and giving them a try soon. A big thank you to the entire team, and - as good old Arnie used to say: I'll be back! 😉

I was taken care of by Evan and saw Dr. Goldberg. It was my first visit and a great experience. I found the optometrist and shop through my insurance. A great selection of Oliver Peoples frames. Looking forward to picking up my glasses when they're ready!

My eldest daughter came in today for a contact lens exam and we were welcomed by Toad (the cutest dog ever) with a hug. She was very nervous but the staff were so kind and guided her with great patience and care. They gave her plenty of time to learn how to put on and take off her contacts and she gained confidence after trying it on with the staff’s encouragement. Everyone here is really friendly. I had some minor hiccup and misunderstanding related to my insurance but it was resolved quickly.

Bonus: Evan gave my youngest daughter a treat to feed Toad and she had a blast!

This has been one of the best experiences I have had with an ophthalmologist office!

The doctor I saw explained everything they were doing and why and what it means. I love to see the passion and excitement they still had in how they talked about the health and function of an eye. How glasses work different than contacts, and even showed me pictures of my own eye. It was really cool and I enjoyed our conversations!

Another lovely person in the office helped me choose a really cool pair of glasses. I never thought I’d stray from my usual frame but they encouraged me try to a new geometric shape that I never thought would fit me and to my surprise they were such a good choice. They explained the different fits and materials and how to make a pair of glasses fit you better. They really hooked it up with pricing and discounts and as a student on a budget I truly appreciated that look out for me.

Really excellent experience here. The last eye doctor I went to gave me a completely incorrect prescription, gave me contact lens testers without my astigmatism correction so I couldn't assess if they were working, and told me I had macular degeneration. The doctor at brighter image assured me that I did NOT in fact have any macular degeneration and also gave me a great lens update and eye exam. The glasses frame fitting felt very personal and engaged which I greatly appreciated. Overall an excellent experience and I'd highly recommend this optometrist and frame seller.
