We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Grace while purchasing our Audi Q5. From the moment we walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. Grace went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

Her expertise and genuine care for her customers really stood out. She took the time to answer all our questions, explore various options, and make sure we felt confident in our choice. We couldn’t be happier with our Q5 and the exceptional service Grace provided. If you’re in the market for an Audi, Grace is the person to see!

Audi of Marin - 5-Star Experience from Start to Finish
I recently visited Audi of Marin with a friend and was blown away by the exceptional service and atmosphere. The entire staff, from sales to management, was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming environment both inside and outside the dealership.
My friend was interested in a specific Audi model, and the sales representative was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. He took us on a test drive, highlighting all the car's features and ensuring we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. The car itself was amazing – sleek, comfortable, and a true pleasure to drive.
The sales representative's relatable approach and genuine desire to meet our needs made all the difference. My friend was so impressed that he ended up buying the car that same day!
I highly recommend Audi of Marin to anyone looking for a top-notch car buying experience. Their 5-star service and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.

I called them on Wednesday to ask about the used price of the car and if the price was negotiable. They told me it was $16,464. I told them I would come to see the car if it was available on Friday. I texted them on Friday to confirm if the car was still available, and they said yes. I drove for over an hour in Friday traffic from San Francisco.

I did a test drive; the car was very clean, but the head unit was laggy, and the low tire pressure light was on. Despite these issues, I told them my preferred payment method. They brought out the price sheet, and to my surprise, it was $1,000 more than the listed price. They had added a clear shield for paint protection, costing about $300, and a tracking device for around $900, which brought the car’s price to over $1,000 more than initially listed. There was no option to remove these charges; they told me I had to buy these add-ons.

I questioned why the listed price was $16,464. I did not appreciate their deceptive tactics. They also mentioned that another customer was interested in buying the car the next day. Their pricing is not transparent. Don’t believe the listed price, as it will most likely include mandatory add-ons.

I bought a used cross sport from them a couple of months ago. It turned out to be my worst car purchase ever. I should've walked away when I saw the red flags. As soon as I saw the car, I noticed it was lower than usual. Well, that's because it had aftermarket suspension. The salesman didn't even know. They were H&R springs, so I didn't think much of it ( the ride is horrible. Any unsuspecting dip on the freeway sends me and my 3 boys flying in tje air ). Got in the car, tire pressure light was on. Test drove the car, and it pulled to the right, and the steering wheel was off to the left. Picked it up days later, and on the drive home, the front brakes start vibrating. The front rotors are warped. I tried to contact the dealer about that and the fact that i still dosnt have a copy of my contract, and i didnt jear back for 2 weeks. Call after call and it took 2 weeks. We scheduled a day for them to check the front brakes. I get there and no test drive is available because the techs are in a meeting. I asked if they can bring the car in the shop so I can take a look at the under carriage to check for rodent damage because they sold the car with rodent droppings in the engine bay and gnaw marks on plastics. They said they needed an r.o and couldn't get it inthew shop because they were busy. So I said, cool, give me a copy of the inspection sheet. They said it would be emailed and here I am another month later with nothing but a car with squeaking front seats, wind noise through the front driver door, warped rotors, rodent poop in the car and the smell of cheap cologne in the interior. So much for getting me out of a lemon and into a good car, huh Bobby. Nothing but reasons NOT to help. Indigo Auto Group is a joke. This is the prime example of a stealership. They'll simply say, "your car still has factory warranty, what's the big deal." If this were a good dealer, all that would've been passed to the vw side and taken care. Then they would've delivered a near perfect car to a happy customer. Their used car tech should get fired. Don't buy a used car from here.

I had a great experience with a car purchase at Audi Marin. The team wasn't pushy and annoying. I'd absolutely recommend this dealership.

We worked with Paul Lommen who was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and patient and made the experience very comfortable and pleasant. We did not feel pushed or pressured at all and we felt he truly had our best interest in focus the whole time.
We will definitely return to this dealership particularly to work Paul again.

Rude and unhelpful service receptionist. Wouldn’t even help me troubleshoot with a coupon I had. The sales representative was shady and tried to upsell me several times without disclosing in the paperwork. I came back for brakes to be checked and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and didn’t even check them even though I had called and made an appointment. Unreal.

TLDR: disorganized, slow, and poor customer service.

So many things went wrong during my visit to this dealership. Side note: we were there on a Saturday.
1. When we got there, there was no one in the lobby to help us get settled. After waiting a few minutes without anyone passing through, we meandered upstairs where we found more people but…
2. Every available staff member was busy. We waited in the upstairs lobby for a while until someone became available (5-10min later) and were led back downstairs by our sales guy — shoutout to this man, he was the best part of our visit, though that part didn’t last long because…
3. During our intake he saw that we’d submitted an online inquiry which had already been assigned to a different sales member, so they had to reassign us to that sales person which…
4. Took another 10 min as our new sales guy had to be pulled away from another client. Why we couldn’t just stick with the first sales guy who was much better is beyond me and defies logic. Anyway, once we got our other sales guy…
5. He confidently told us he could sell us something but then proceeded to make us walk around the property for 20min in 80 degrees looking for the car we wanted to test drive. He could not find the car. He eventually had to ask someone else to locate it while we test drove a different car that we were not interested in.
6. Back from the test drive of the first car that we didn’t want, they located the one we actually wanted and finally got to test drive. However, it wasn’t charged (we wanted the hybrid) and barely had gas so we had to keep our test drive short.
7. Back from the test drive, we had to have our current car assessed for trade in which they made us wait 30 min for and then we STILL didn’t get the assessed value at the end. In fact, we left without it and the said they’d send it to us but it’s been a month and we don’t have it.

If you’re looking for customer service and competency in your experience, definitely don’t go here.
