The Milano Eye Boutique has been wonderful to work with. I purchased a pair of sunglasses sight-unseen and Bob personally answered my questions about them beforehand. The sunglasses were delivered promptly and exactly as described. Unfortunately they just didn't fit my face and I had to return them, but in spite of that the return process was smooth and easy. Customer service is the mark of a great business and Milano Eye Boutique has my full recommendation!

My wife and I were in Laguna Beach for the weekend. As we were walking by Milano Eye Boutique, my wife looked into the window and noticed a pair of Gucci designer glasses that she truly loved. Upon entering the eye boutique we were greeted by Bob, who was extremely friendly and offered his assistance. My wife tried on the glasses and truly loved how they looked and fit on her face. They were having a sale at Milano Eye Boutique and Bob offered a great price. My wife asked if he could put prescription lens in the Gucci designer glasses, Bob said that would be no problem. We purchased the glasses and within 3 days, they were mailed to us. After receiving the Gucci designer glasses, I wanted a pair of designer glasses for myself. I called the Eye boutique and talked to Shari to see if they had a certain style I wanted for myself and I was told yes they did. Shari told me that she would honor the same discount that her husband had offered my wife. Bob and Shari are honorable people that offers great service and wonderful high-end glasses. Thank you for the great glasses and wonderful service.

Love this place! Bought a beautiful pair of mr leight sunglasses. They were so helpful and have an awesome selection of very hard to find brand. About a month after I bought them someone accidentally sat on them and broke the arm. They repaired them super fast. Great service and very very knowledgeable including getting prescription lenses. Highly recommend!

The wife and I were visiting Laguna Beach and stopped in the Milano Eye Boutique just to browse. We were met by Shari one of the owners and her husband. She was super friendly and provided a wealth of knowledge with all of the Frames they sell. I landed on a pair of Dita’s Mach Ones. They were beautiful and I have never owned a nice pair of sunglasses not to mention I would also need a progressive lens prescription. I want to tell you Shari and her husband worked with us for over an hour, explained the process of prescription lenses and answered all my questions. I got measured there and just a few weeks later I had my New Dita’s. I absolutely love them. The lenses were cut with such precision that I now prefer to wear these instead of my regular prescription glasses. I have to say you definitely get what you pay for with these wonderful business people and my wife and I are going back to order her a pair. Most of all, in todays society it’s really hard to find good customer service but at Milano Eye Boutique you feel like family and that means a lot to me as a consumer. Thank you Milano Eye Boutique and a special thank you to the Owners!!!

Amazing place! I tried some glasses and took pictures of the ones I liked the most (they have a great selection!). I did not have the chance to go back before leaving town. I wrote asking to send me the frame I liked, sending a picture of me trying the glasses. They offered to put lenses in. I need progressive. The owner said he could do it from the picture I sent him and if there was a problem, I could send everything back. Given the problems I had with fitting, I was skeptical they could do it without proper measurement from just a picture taken trying the glasses on. But I got the glasses in the mail and they are PERFECT! I am impressed!
