Came today with the issue about my online order, I wanted to return the glasses, but I ended up keeping them, because the staff (I guess he was a manager, very nice person) solved my problem within minutes.

Randomly popped in and so glad I did! Malachi and Carly were at the counter & top notch with their service and expertise. Beacons of friendliness, they were knowledgeable, warm, encouraging, enthusiastic, and they jumped right into my questions/issue. Came by on a dead Sunday afternoon. Walked in and the two associates talking immediately stopped, but rather than initiate any form of greeting, just stared at me with dead silence for 5 seconds. Which seems not long, but when it’s just you and two sales associates, it’s very awkward. I came wanting to check out the Apollo Inflated frames, but after a few minutes of looking through the in store stock on my own, decided I’d rather leave. Will likely buy online, or try another brand entirely. Not a terrible experience, just not a very inviting one.
