I wanted to try progressive lenses and saw an ad on FB for brillen.com so I reached out to them. Got scheduled for an exam. The process was quick. They do part of the exam with an optician in person but part of the exam is done virtually with an optometrist. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was told 16 business days and it took 14. It may seem long, but for my glasses that is pretty normal. I have really bad eyes, so my lenses are usually very thick, but the ones I got were really thin. It did limit my frame choices. I like my new glasses so far and I am adjusting to the new features. Good experience overall.

I paid for my glasses May 25th, today is July 16th, They are supposed to be open Saturday, but no one answers the phone, no one ever answers the phone, regardless of what day I calI, I took a week day off to drive there, 2 hours wasted, they had closed for emergency sign. Then I get a message they are closing this week, no indication of where my glasses went, do I get a refund, I am reporting them to the BBB and disputing the charge. Note to customer service, you should probably stop thanking people for their patience after the first 30 minutes, because they don't have any more patience. One hour and 21 minutes, hanging up.

No followup. Said would call in 2 weeks when glasses arrived. It has been 4 weeks. Unable to find a telephone number for the Peoria office. Exam is not by an in person dr. Exam is over a zoom type meeting. Very impersonal. Poor customer service.

Think they have a scam going on. I picked up our glasses but my husband couldn’t go, they said he coukd come back. When we tried to come back they are closed they say it is temporary but several locations are closed. The guy on phone said it is happening all over and people are upset and he has been given no direction on how to handle,. Advice, it is isn’t worth what you save.

I ordered a replacement lens since one of mine scratched right after I bought them. Was told new lens in asap and when I went to the website the chat person said they are closing all stores in the USA!
