After getting my new prescription for reading glasses, I searched around town for a place to fill it. I was not comfortable with the service at a few known locations. Interestingly I noticed a Brillen store one day in my neighborhood. Well it turned out to be a blessing as they had what I needed at a very reasonable price. And Renee handled all my questions with patience and grace. She explained a few things that turned out to be very important in the selection process all the while leading me towards a successful outcome. Net result is a happy customer! Guess it was meant for me to see that "new store" across from my bank.

It was time for me to get new glasses and I had heard good things about Brillen in Burbank so I thought I'd give them a try, and I am so very glad I did. I took them up on their two pair of eyeglasses special. I added transition to the lenses, at a slight extra cost, which makes the glasses turn into sunglasses when exposed to sunlight. The person who helped me was knowledgeable not only about the lenses, but also had a great deal of expertise on finding frames that look good on me. Sort of an artist type in that regards. Bottom line is, I ended up with two pairs of great glasses that I'm really happy with. and the two pairs together cost me significantly less than the single pair I had bought at another place just a year ago. I highly recommend Brillen for good value and excellent customer service.

Brillen has a new sheriff in town called Renee! Renee went over and above to take care of me. Excellent customer service. Certified optician and knows what she is doing. Burbank office had some issues but that has been resolved. New management changes and it is a new world in here. Glasses can be expensive but brillen makes it affordable. Don't let your eyes suffer. Come see Renee at Brillen!

This place is honest and provides a great affordable service! While I was there, an elderly man was getting his exam. He couldn’t see well and he couldn’t hear. The staff was so kind and patient with him! That made me a customer for life! Also, one pair of my glasses, occupational, gives me the clearest vision reading and looking at my computer that I’ve ever had. My second pair were transitional, which I have never had luck with. I had to return them for an exchange and the customer service was great! Affordable glasses, cute frames, great customer service!

What a cool experience! It was very easy to schedule my eye exam appointment with my mobile device and I also received a voucher for 2 progressive glasses. The Tele-Eye exam with the remote doctor was a new but pleasant experience. Overall very satisfied with the service provided by Eric in the Burbank location!

I am so pleased with my experience at Brillen Burbank. Both Eric and Jessica were awesome!! The tele-doctors answered all my question and reassured me of my health! Parking is free right behind the store, but the best part of Brillen for me was the amount of choice I had to choose from! I'll be back for my next pair for sure!
