Joshua did a great job!!! He was professional and friendly, but Brillen Corporate is a mess, the Tempe office was literally closed twice when I went there for my appointments, only Joshua interceded on my behalf and gave me a appointment at his Chandler office. After Joshua took over everything went smoothly. I got my glasses and it far exceeded my expectations, it was the lowest price I ever paid for the highest quality I ever received.

I've had nothing but EXCELLENT service from Josh T., the current manager at this Chandler location. Even though Brillen has, arguably, had a "bumpy" roll out into the Phoenix market, I judge a business on how well they respond to service/product "hiccups," especially when they are just getting started. I've read most of the reviews and feel other customers' frustration (my own eye exam had to be redone), but Josh was quick to remedy my issues and remained professional, friendly, thorough and focused on making things right. His many years of optical experience serves his customers well.

Can't rate Brillen Optical highly enough! Tons of frames with many color options. I brought in an outside prescription and expected an additional cost because I didn't have my eye exam done at this location, and there wasn't one! Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful- talked me through every option. The glasses were done exactly when estimated. The price was less than I expected, and even then there was an additional sale that I was unaware of, resulting in the cheapest pair of glasses I have ever purchased! When they came in, I panicked a little as my vision was slightly blurry and the staff quickly made slight changes to the frame and gave me techniques to help my eyes get used to the new prescription. 10/10

Avoid this place. The eye exam is done remotely which seemed OK, but there is a glare on the screen the entire time. The supposed owner, made some very unprofessional comments that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The frame selection is very limited and the owner was unable to process my order on the same day, (there were five others waiting in front of mine) promising to call the very next morning. One week later and no call. Apparently, they didn't want my business, which is just fine because I left there feeling as though I wasn't going to get a quality pair of glasses. I ended up getting a great exam at Target Optical and my new glasses will be here in 10 days. I may have ended up spending a little more money, but sometimes it's true that you get what you pay for.

Went to the Broadway location in Mesa this morning expecting a free eye exam and a couple new pairs of glasses. All I got was stood up. Doors were locked and sign said they would be back at 9 :30. That was at 10:30. Waited til almost 11:00 before I finally left. Guess I will be doing business elsewhere.

Tom is very helpful, my trip to brillen.com easy and comfortable. Just to be fair is that they did draw me in with free eye test. It’s $45 for eye test(not too bad). And that’s why I only give 4star.

I made 2 appointments and both were canceled by Brillen, one of which I didn't find out until I was standing outside their locked door. Wasted my time. I will go to a reliable Company.
