The glasses are a great value for the price. I was impressed with the amount of tests that were included in the price of the glasses. I just picked up my glasses and I see great with them. They seem like they will do well as time goes on. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.

This was a really unique experience. Robert Ramirez is the person at the Las Vegas W. Azure location. He was amazing. Very patient, friendly & knowledgeable. He is your go between you & the virtual technician that does your lens adjustment. Robert's personality made my visit enjoyable. I recommend this location 150%. My daughter has gone and we are having my granddaughter come while home from college for the holidays.

Great service. Staff was fantastic. The saleswoman that took the measurements was very knowledgeable and friendly. I went to lens crafters and got an estimate on progressive lenses with basic frame,$385. Just so happens I get an email from Brillen and went there. 2 progressive glasses ,$249. Sorry.Bye bye Lens Crafters after 25 years! Hello Brillen!!!!!

I got Brillen glasses from my regular optical shop last year and they were my favorite glasses of all time. So when I wanted another pair, and I saw that they were having a promotion I went online to book an appointment. Apparently, the shop I went to last time doesn’t do broken any more and the closest shop was 25 miles away. Bummer, but I liked the glasses so much I thought the drive would be worth it. The online interface seemed very user friendly until it came time to pick my appointment time. The date went in fine, but it wouldn’t let me pick a time. Then I got a confirmation of a time I didn’t pick! I had to try three random times until I got a time that worked for me. Then the day before I thought the appointment was, I got an email confirming a new time! I tried to call but I just got a pre-recorded message saying brillen.com was not available but i could leave a message. I didn’t, but I did show up at the time I thought I had originally scheduled. It was at 10am and the shop wasn’t even open when I got there. I was surprised to find that it wasn’t even a regular eye shop, but an actual Brillen shop. Someone showed up after a little while to open the shop. She was polite and said she would find me in the system, but then said she couldn’t find me. Come to realize the appointment had actually been for yesterday. Ok, my mistake, but no call no text, they just randomly rescheduled me. Then they said because I had missed the appointment they weren’t going to honor the promotion. Bye bye, Brillen. Never again.

Never answered the phone. I received email from brillen.com saying my glass has been ready at local Tyler Mall store, contact the store for pickup appointment. I had to drive 25' to the store just to make an appointment for picking up the glass.
No equipments to actually check your vision, just a makeship chart holding by the clerk to check your reading. No optometrist period.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I don't recommend this place.

Robert was a delight to work with. He made the process easy and comfortable. Very happy with my glasses, progressive lenses , in and out for under $150 . Good special. Ill be back .

i highly recommend Brillen to anyone looking for a great deal on glasses. Angie was fast and professional. she explained everything in plain and simple terms,and the whole process was done in 30 minutes.
