Stoped by for my first pair of boots and Allie made me feel welcomed and helped me find the perfect ones. Looking forward on coming back seeing her again for more suggestions! Great store, fair prices and they even honored me as a Veteran and provided their Veteran’s discount.

We went there to look for a specific hat, but found a shirt instead. They didn’t have my size so we had to order it. This proved to be a challenge. The young cashiers apparently lacked knowledge in the ordering process. 15 days later, still no shirt. No empathy from Cavender’s corporate office. The order was never filled. We have finally decided to get a refund….and even that has proven to be a chore!
Never again!!

Salespeople were not helpful or knowledgeable. Very disappointed in this location! I've shopped at multiple Cavenders stores in Texas, and this one is not in line with those. Sales people were distant, there's were 5 people working, not one offered to help us, had to seek them out. Once they did, they knew nothing about boots, i.e. brands, soles, heels, etc.... stuff every other staff person at every other Cavenders I've been to knows. Owner needs to train and inform his people, also their stock tucked. The only higher end and better quality boots they had were returns from online orders. Alot of worn looking and scuffed boots! Very disappointed!

On their clearance rack, they had multiple Ariat jackets labeled 25-30% off. After looking at the jackets, I noticed that they had covered up the original price of $86.97 with the “sales price” sticker of $86.97. I went to the register and verified that the “sales price” was the same as the “original price”, and the cashier confirmed. When we said “Just to verify, the sale price is the same as the original price?”. To which he replied, “Yes, that’s correct.” I said “ok” and promptly placed the other items I had planned to purchase back in their correct spot and left. Highly deceiving and quite unethical.

Customer service is a thing of the past!! I just left Cavender’s on Parkside Drive empty handed. I am new to the are and looking to purchase my first pair of boots. I went to the store on a recommendation however the three girls up front were chatting and the one gentleman that was working was on his phone pacing in the back. They seemed as though they couldn’t be bothered even though I was the only one in the store at the time. Not one of them said a single word to me while I was there (25 minutes). The store had a very large selection which was nice to see. Maybe I will try again on a weekend and hope the first string employees are working.

Just drove an hour and 45 minutes one way because the guy on the phone told me they had something they didn't have. Educate your employees. I would've gone to chattanooga from where I was instead of knoxville if he hadn't told me wrong. I don't think I'll be coming back here again.
