Went here yesterday per recommendation of a dear friend. I was looking for some comfortable and warm boots to walk A TON in Europe for the next 2 weeks in the winter time. When I was looking online there aren’t many full service shoe stores left that specialize in high arch comfortable shoes to go to and try stuff on. We leave next week and looking for orthotics isn’t easy. Thank goodness I went! I went in and looked around for 15 minutes, found some different options for fashion, function and both. Wesley was the best! He was personable, funny and full of good opinions and recommendations. I decided on some cute boots and a couple different inserts to use with all my shoes. So happy I went! Will always go here for shoes now! Thanks Wesley!

Dropped off 2 pairs of Blundstones, both to get heel plates put on and also to shine the black leather ones. They did not shine the leather shoes that obviously needed it and instead tried to “shine” the brand new suede ones which ruined the suede. These are brand new, never worn and now the suede is ruined. Pretty simple job, I don’t understand how this happened. They also didn’t tap in the nails on the heel taps all the way which can scratch floors.

I took a pair of old boots in that needed some buttons and rivets replaced. No other repair shop I tried was able to do the repair because of the buttons. I sent a photo to Ryan Dardano and was told he might not be able to match it exactly, but would try. The repair was perfect. I had a hard time telling which buttons were replaced. The repair was done professionally and quickly. (And Dardano's has a really great selection of shoes.)

This shoe store has it all! Although it is located in a slightly different location, I highly recommend checking it out. They offer affordable prices and have a variety of brands that you will love. They have many types of accessories, along with clothes to choose as well as hats, gloves, socks, etc! Shoe repair station inside also! They have all of my favorite brands! You won’t be disappointed! Staff is knowledgeable and very nice. Great coffee shop in the building! Love it!

The best place for quality shoes, with a huge selection. John was extremely helpful and with finding hiking boots I can use in the snow with my orthotics. They have a great range from hiking boots and slippers to casual or dress shoes in a variety of quality brands. Just be aware you will not find low cost shoes (below about $60-70) but high quality!

Shoe shopping doesn’t have to be a hassle when you shop here! My sales assistant Kim was phenomenal, she listened to exactly what I wanted and did the shopping for me, and she picked out the perfect shoe for me on the first try! This was by far the easiest shoe shopping trip I’ve ever had! I won’t be shopping anywhere else for shoes from now on! If you shop somewhere else for shoes you’re doing it wrong!

I’ve been here twice in the past week. First alone, they let me roam the store for about 10 minutes on a slow night before I left simply because of the lack of customer service in general. Today I went with a friend to buy two fairly pricey pairs of boots. Last time I was there they gave me an “industry discount” because I’m a chef. They informed me they no longer do this. Not even for nurses. I’ll be honest, I shopped here and came back because I thought that was thoughtful and cool, but it looks like Amazon wins next time. Tracey was very nice
