I arrived in Tulsa to see my son play basketball on Saturday. However, I came wearing my backup pair of glasses, as my primary pair was in need of some repairs that I was unable to perform. As I arrived at Empire Optical at 2:30, I only had 30 minutes before they closed. Carol, was able to implement the repairs quickly - returning my lenses back to my frame. Also, with a quick adjustment, my glasses do not have the slight tilt they have had ever since I rolled over on them. Thank you, Carol! Because of your handiwork, I was able to see more clearly, my son play his game. Because of you and the other staff I talked to, I would definitely choose Empire Optical for my glasses' needs if I lived in Tulsa. Thank again.

I have bought my last 4 pairs of frames from here. Their selection is incredible, especially if you're looking for something that really stands out! Doreen is the absolute best at helping you find exactly your style and what looks good on you. Gigi is also awesome too. I could just hang out all day here with them and all the pups! Love this place so much.

My visit with Brooke was all that I could ask for and more. She was very knowledgeable, and honest with what frames looked good on me and explained why. Things I never would have thought about. She is very patient and made me feel like I deserved the best. She also was a great help on what I need for sun protection. It was the Most enjoyable shopping experience in all my years of dealing with any sales person.

I had a fantastic time after visiting to see if I could get some lenses on an old pair of glasses replaced. It ended up being more cost effective to get a new pair. Giselle helped me with finding options and being a honest voice to how frames looked on me. Doreen found the perfect pair for me and I was very excited that I got to leave with an entire new pair of glasses without breaking my bank. I love the dogs as I got to see 3 during my visit and pet 2 of them! Also they are the only eyeglass provider who has fit the glasses to my face!!! Life changing as a very dedicated glasses wearer. Will not shop at another place for glasses… ever!

Giselle is extremely knowledgeable, with impeccable customer skills. Give her a raise and never let her go! I chose Empire because they were super-good at some creative repair in the last couple of years. I will be coming here as long as I have eye needs. Plus pups. Four sweet dogs roaming the premises.

Ordered new glasses today and received the very best care and attention to detail. Doreen and KC (her dog) spent ample time with me helping me choose new frames, explaining all of the latest features available in EyeCare and giving me the coolest cleaning cloth celebrating Empire Optical’s 60th anniversary! Can’t wait to get my new glasses!

How did I not know about this place earlier?! My prescription changed this year and I've just purchased 3 pairs of glasses from Empire for the price of one pair at my optometrist's office. This includes an adorable pair of prescriptions sun glasses. I also got to work with great people - Brooke and Giselle - who went the extra mile to help me out. Do yourself a favor and take a look at their $150 deal tables.
