I spent 3 hours at the store talking to Trevor (Denver, CO) who was super patient and knowledgeable as I tried several snowboard boots and talked about my goals and skills. He gave me the confidence to be comfortable to buy boots, binders and board.
I’m not only super happy with my choice and the support but a few weeks later I had an issue with my BOA and EVO (Trevor again!) took care of me under warranty.
EVO has won a new loyal customer. Great store and everyone seems super helpful and knowledgeable

I had a great experience today at EVO! Aaron helped me both times. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I originally bought a board, then later in the day after doing some research I decided I wanted another one. I went back in to exchange and Aaron was there to help again.

He’s great, you can tell he cared about his job and every customer. I will be back!

I stopped in thinking that I needed to switch to a larger size snowboard boot that I had ordered through Evo website.
Instead, I was measured and assured my size was correct and was offered to have my lining heated up and stretched and essentially remolded. Brill!!! And it worked. I’m taking an all day lesson on Monday and we’ll see how they do!! Thank you Evo for your professionalism !! Pic of me stretching my boot liner at the Denver store.

I came in needing a new ski setup, never having owned new or quality gear, and feeling very clueless about where to start. After checking in, I was assigned a tech to help me shop. First up was ski boots, and boy did I get the right person for the job. Gordy measured my feet and after an introduction to my skiing preferences and ability, he had a great idea of what would work for me. He educated me extensively on my options and customized the fit without going overboard with add-ons. It was busy right before Christmas, but he still took all the time needed and didn't rush me to a decision. He even found me a great deal on some skis that are perfect for me. I had a really excellent experience and would highly recommend seeing Gordy in particular for new boots! He's such a great guy and we had a fun time, and I left with confidence that I have a great new ski setup personalized to me, exactly as I had hoped to achieve. Thanks so much Gordy!

I've beens struggling for years to find a pair of snowboard boots that fit my wide/short/high instep foot and finally found a pair that works for me! Thank you so much to Ashley who helped me try on boots till I found the fit for me (and adjust my bindings to suit those boots as well) and Trevor who did my boot fit including heat mold and a custom insole. I've never had such a great experience at a ski/snowboard shop before.

Gordy was excellent in helping me pick out new skis and new ski boots last March. He was patient and kind and listened to all my concerns and questions. He told me I'd be skiing up a level next time and I didn't believe him. But we just got back from skiing 4 days at Copper Mountain and I was easily up an entire level. I was taking on intermediate slopes with zero issues when last year I was falling. I was even able to ski powder in these skis which I had barely done prior. He knew what equipment I needed to take my skill to the next level. The boots are shockingly comfortable to walk in and ski in and the skis are wonderful. I'm THRILLED!! Thank you Gordy and Evo!!

I walked in to ask about any sales that the store might have. I was told that most of the sales would be online, but Ty spent an hour with me to talk about the different snowboards and boots so that I could filter the different options when making my decision. He was informative and never salesy. He brought out a couple of boots for me to try on and explained every little detail. It was such a wonderful customer service experience, I didn't want to leave! They truly care about your experience in the mountain so you have the best time out there!
