I cannot say enough good things about Eyechic (Short Hills.)The entire staff is great but I have worked primarily with Jessie over the last few years and she is wonderful. She expertly guided me through the purchase of several pairs of glasses and has done excellent repairs on my damaged ones. She is knowledgeable and lovely to work with. I highly recommend her and Eyechic.

My husband and I went to Eyechic Short Hills (NJ) today to try fixing his glasses, which were purchased overseas. We went because the store also sells the brand of my husband’s glasses. Eyechic fixed the problem with no hesitation and didn’t charge us at all. Thank you Eyechic and we will definitely buy at the store next time.

Came into town for a wedding and before leaving received a new pair of glasses. They were pinching into my skull almost to the point I could no longer wear them.
Walked into Eyechic and told Jordan what the issue was and he said he could see what’s going on and fixed them in about 5 minutes.
Now I didn’t get the glasses there and they had no obligation to help me, but they did no questions asked except for what they could do for me. Jordan was extremely helpful and really seemed to know how to manipulate the glasses they way they should be done. So thank you and god bless.

I've been a loyal Eyechic customer for approximately 8 years. The store has a huge variety of high end frames and conveniently is located in the Short Hills Mall. The store's team is great but I generally see Eraz when I go. He is always helpful and accommodating, especially when I request any customization. I'm impressed with their professionalism an willingness to meet my requests. Thank you!!

Went to Eyechic on a Saturday afternoon. I was warmly welcomed and helped quickly. My glassed need a small repair on the nose pieces, and they were changed in a very timely manner. Great customer service.
