I found out about Monkey Sports, midway through the ‘24 summer baseball season and I have not looked back. I don’t even attempt to go to any other sporting goods store. When you come here, it’s a personal experience, every single time. Ryan knows me by name and will ensure I leave happy every time. There is no other sporting goods store like it. They have the top of the line gear, exclusive colors, and customization. I am not just a number here. I am treated like a friend.

Monkey sports manager Ryan and counter sean in farmingdale helped me out with a damaged goalie helmet the day before we went to a tournament in st.louis. They went over the top for my son and cant thank them enough!!! It resulted in a Gold medal win at the State Wars roller hockey tourney.

Monkey Sports in Farmingdale has been a top notch community staple. Our organization met Ryan from Monkey Sports over a year ago and he has been nothing short of fantastic. He’s gone out of his way to offer the families in our league various promotions, he’s helped people source specific items they’re looking for, he’s even assisted with breaking in gloves and helping find highly sought after equipment. Ryan and his staff are available by phone, email, and text, and are timely in answering any questions someone might have.

Ryan assisted with placing a bulk order of baseball equipment that resulted in multiple pallets being delivered. He communicated the entire time, and offered multiple solutions for logistics to facilitate the delivery of the order. Ryan and his team went to far as to sponsor a division in our league, and has done multiple promotions where he gives away items to our players, and shows up to our opening ceremonies. The relationship we have formed with Monkey Sports is nothing short of amazing, and we’re extremely grateful for Ryan and his team.

Went into the store asking if I can buy a stick box off of them to ship some sticks I sold, Ryan was extremely helpful as he gave me a box without charging me a penny, which he did not have to do. Awesome customer service all around!

Popped in here to get two lacrosse strings for my daughter's stick. I don't know anything about lacrosse since I never played. I figured I could get some help.

There was an older gentleman working with a customer buying ice skates. Other than him, there was a few younger kids that were just chatting with one another. I sat examining the strings to try to match up the correct strings with the ones currently on the stick (which I brought in to compare). One kid walked over to the older guy helping a customer not far from me, saw me, made eye contact, and immediately walked away to go back to his buddies.

Finally I went behind the string counter and grabbed a few bags to get a closer look. Once I started googling types of strings on my phone, two kids walked over and one asked if I needed help.

At this point, I was looking at strings for 10 minutes and turned him down because they clearly didn't want to work.

But that's what happens when you hire kids. It's not the firs time it's happened here, but I promise it's the last. Lifestyles Sports over in Wantagh is a little further for me, but I know the service is great,; I'll go back to them.
