I visited MYKITA Shop Tokyo in September during my trip to Japan and was truly impressed with their level of care and service. The shop’s modern and welcoming atmosphere made exploring different frames a pleasure. Yasue Fujita and Momoka Yamasaki patiently guided me through all my options, making sure that the pair I selected fit my face perfectly by taking the time to adjust them until they felt just right, and then arranged to have my new glasses shipped to me in the United States.

When my glasses arrived, I realized I was not completely satisfied with the lens color. I reached out via email and once again, Yasue and Momoka were incredibly helpful and understanding, guiding me through selecting a new lens color that better suited my preferences. Their genuine care, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction made the entire experience exceptional. I highly recommend MYKITA Shop Tokyo to anyone looking for top quality eyewear and outstanding customer service.

I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. After picking out some frames, they adjusted them to my head while I waited. I was also wearing Mykita frames at the time and they replaced the rubber paddings for the nose and ears and gave me a couple extra pairs for the future. Tax Free option was available. Couldn't be happier.

地元にはないので、仕事のついでに試着をしてよければ買おうと思い入店。
普段はずっとメガネをしているが、かけずにお邪魔しました。
休みだったのでカジュアルな服装で。
色々メガネをかけていると、何も気持ちがこもってない態度で商品説明。
そこ聞いてないんだよな。と思うことばかり。
挙句の果てには買わないだろうという横に首を振る始末。見えてるんだよこっちは。
同業としてそんなスタッフがいることが恥ずかしくなりました。
見た目で判断するのは一つの技だけど、“なぜ”っていう気持ちを持ってもっと接した方がいいお店になると思います。

Needless to say my new glasses are a superb fit and very well made.

The team in-store are so helpful! I was only looking but in the end left the store with 4 pairs.
They recommended the styles for me, fitted them to my face and customised the frames for me.
