I’m absolutely appalled by the way the queue was handled at your store today. Let me make one thing clear: if someone shows up first after the store closes and even camps out overnight, they’re first in line only if they stay there the entire time.

I arrived at 8:40 AM and was the ONLY person in front of the store. No one else was there. Then, an hour later, someone else showed up—without saying a single word about already being in line—and somehow, they’re considered first?! This is complete nonsense. If someone leaves, they lose their spot in line. That’s how it works. Anything else is blatantly unfair.

You need to enforce clearer policies and ensure fairness for everyone. Otherwise, you’re just encouraging chaos and frustration among your customers.

I read a majority of the reviews on here about this store where a few folks said the store employees lowballed them when they tried to sell them their shoes and clothes. I found it funny they're lowballing people for their items but when I made a very reasonable 350 dollar plus shipping offer for a pair of used Prada cup sneakers on Grailed they said I was "lowballing" them. Absolutely hilarious Smh. When I followed up the employees lowball response to me with a factual reply I was hit with "I'm not reading all of that" Smh. Apparently any reply that is more than 3 words is just too much for this staff to handle so I know they definitely won't be reading this more than 3 word review since it's way above their pay grade. Bottom line is this store has 0 customer service skills. Imagine selling used designer items that are either at or above the price you can just get them brand new at retail for by employees with wet mop personalities. That sums up this place perfectly. Don't give your hard earned money to a store like this that has no respect and no courtesy to customers. There's so many options out there so I strongly suggest to shop elsewhere for designer goods, Origins is strictly for the birds.

This store is excellent. They have great customer service who understands how to put shoes together in order to help you feel and look good. When I didn’t know what shoes to buy the day of my birthday and it was last minute they help me so fast and efficiently that I was in and out. Furthermore the store is clean and the atmosphere is very nice and there isn’t an ounce of bad energy. Truly love this store.

Beautiful location, trash service. No real human to human interaction. I waited 20 min to get in (37 degree NYC weather) and left after waiting 10 min to be helped as 5 associates talked, laughed, sat and inspected merchandise. Do better!
