Friendly staff and great prices on outdoor gear. The REI branded clothing and supplies have really been improved. It is very much worth being a member of the co-op as well. Much better prices and extended warranty and return periods.

Staff here is always super helpful. My recent visit was to purchase a new trail running pack and new Altra's. Multiple team members offered assistance, gave guidance, and were overall pleasant.

Prefaced by saying I'm a Coop member and I've LOVED REI for years. This location needs new leaders immediately.

15 employees all asking you if you need help, but only ONE checking people out at the register.

Fine not a huge deal, but it was pouring rain and the manager forced my girlfriend and her service dog out of the store into the rain because some kids were running around the store making her nervous.

No help, not very friendly, and no excuses with all the employees present.

Excellent store for outdoor gear, of course! Alan was incredibly helpful in assisting my purchase of a Patagonia torrentshell rain jacket. I was wondering if it could also be used as a ski shell and he said he used it for that himself! Excellent customer service, and very clean store. My only note is that the associates don't let you shop in peace here - I was asked if I needed help at least 8 times, and multiple times by the same associates. Personally, that's too involved for me. If I didn't really need to make a purchase for an upcoming trip, I would have been overwhelmed and left. I'd ask for this REI to cool down on their associate involvement - ask me maybe 3 times and then let me come to you. Regardless, still very grateful for Alan's help!

The store is just OK. It's great if you're into cycling or even a bit of camping and hiking, but paddle sports are absolutely disgraceful.
Can't find a decent paddle, pfd, wetsuits, or even kayaks or canoes. They have a couple of dry bags, but it's really sad.

REI is one of those stores you can spend hours in, at least for me. They have a fantastic assortment of high-quality products for all of your outdoor pursuits, knowledgeable and friendly staff waiting to offer their help and share their firsthand knowledge, a fantastic bike repair shop and a variety of classes and events to help you get outside (in comfort and style). Membership is optional but the yearly dividends are awesome if you do join, and there are other perks, as well.

Ordered online for a Thule Motion XT XL for my Tesla Model Y. Staff was very friendly and even helped me to push and load the roof box into my car.

I love REI, I buy all my outdoor stuff there. However, today I was very disappointed in the service I received. I just wanted someone to adjust the derailleur on my bike and the next thing I know the guy wants to sell me all kinds of parts for my bike that I know I don't need. I didn't expect REI to be one of those places that tries to upsell you on everything.. very disappointed, hope it doesn't happen again. Ended up taking my bike somewhere else for repairs
