I historically give reviews on food and restaurants however I feel that this associate that works here went above and beyond and gave me more than EXCELLENT customer service.

Dawn took the time to explain to me the in’s and out’s of the sunglass market. Zero pressure. Super knowledgeable on each product. I even asked a question about one acronym on one of the pairs of glasses and Dawn was straight up honest and said “you know what that is a great question and I do not know but let me find out.” The reason I want to mention that is that most sales associates will tell the consumer anything to buy that product and get them out that door. Not in this case..

Based on Dawns excellent customer service and honesty Scheels and Dawn will have a return customer right here.

FTR I went in to just look at one pair but I ended up buying two pairs of sunglasses by decision with zero influence from Dawn other than outstanding customer support and service.

Scheels is awesome! They are the best place to get sports gear in Great Falls! I wish they would expand farther in to the dying mall but I’m happy. Their fishing department and fly knowledge is great!!!! Love this place

The customer service is second to none at this local Scheels, while other locations have not been so great this one location makes up for it. No matter the time of the year the customer service is on point and offers extra knowledge. Snowboard season just really hit and it never fails how super on point the staff in the section are.

Horrible. DO NOT TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING. I bought $ 1000 worth of presents. I live a long way from Great Falls so I called the store to return 1 Item. They said they sent a return label, it never came, called twice more and they will not sent it to me. I called the WEB store in Fargo and he said he cannot help me either. I have to wait until someone that knows something from Great Falls can send me a return label. It's been 10 days of trying. I will never buy from this company again. I told the WEB store return man this story and have the receipt but he was not helpful and didn't even care to help.

Scheels is normally pretty great, but sometimes their service sucks. Waiting 30 minutes for a 30 second purchase. First time I've walked out.
For the headphone guy. It's one thing to ask if sometime can wait, it's another up leave then there for an extra 20 minutes after. Excuse yourself for 30 seconds, then go back, or... Give the keys to someone who understands customer service better than you do. I ordered from elsewhere because of you. You lost your company money. You.

The store itself was amazing and had way more than I even expected. The customer service was top notch (free games for kids and everyone was so help and friendly). We spent hours here and spent more than planned but well worth it
