I have purchased several pairs of glasses from South Park Optical in the last few years, as has my husband and we could not be more pleased with the product and the customer service. The difference between the lenses I had before using South Park Optical and my current ones is life changing. My glasses are so clear and the transition is always spot on! My husband and I have both taken advantage of the lens replacement option and we have never been given an attitude about it from the staff. The frame options are some of the best in the city as well. I have worked with the owner and several other employees over the years and they have all been helpful, knowledgable and kind. I would highly recommend and as a matter of fact I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Have gotten my glasses from this location for years. So professional. Such great inventory. Everyone very happy to fit and get you glasses that express your style. They guarantee lenses for 2 years and adjust as you need. Very pleased - as always.

They told me they don’t accept insurance for eyeglass frames because they don’t have optometrists on staff and I should try Target Optical.

At least Target is smart enough to hire optometrists.

Horrible experience. Three employees could not give me directions or look across the hall for a landmark. Walked in circles with my handicapped mother and all they could say when we got there is we can’t help it if we can’t tell you where we are. Disgusted. Glasses frames were piled on top of each other everywhere.

Tom and his staff are amazing! I have been driving up from Greenville for year to ONLY deal with them! All of my Cartier frames come from them! They always treat me right and take care of me! Trust them with your business!!!!
