Wonderful experience! My husband was in town for work and I figured I could squeeze in an eye appointment while in town. Needless to say, they did a fantastic job. The eye exam went great and each member of Dr. Anderson's team took special time to make sure the glasses and prescription sunglasses I ended up with were perfect. They even worked with me to ship the glasses to my home out of town.

Great experience every time! Wife and I both get our glasses refreshed here annually. Dr. Anderson is great and thorough. They have great high-end stuff (eg. Dita) that are hard to find elsewhere. Mina always has great recommendations and champagne definitely does not hurt! Great team and level of service.

Dr. Anderson is the best of the best! I’ve trusted him with my eyes and health for over a decade and have always referred my family and friends to him. He is incredibly patient and understanding, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. He takes care of his patients and treats you like a dear friend. I haven’t had an eye doctor appointment here so I can’t speak to that, but the customer service at the front desk is horrible. They judge based on what they feel is your wealth status. I’ve experienced both ends - going in with someone who looks like they have money vs. me by myself. If they don’t feel like you fit the criteria of someone who can afford their frames, you’ll get low effort customer service. I was planning on buying frames here but after going in by myself and seeing the shift, I will be putting my money in a company that doesn’t vary customer service based on their opinions.
