Michael has great attention to details and is super friendly and kind. Not only he makes great prescription glasses, he's also super helpful with any fixes down the road (and he didn't even charge us for some of them!). An unexpected gem in LA! Michael is so friendly and kind, and truly passionate about his craft in the most delightfully nerdy way. This is my first time wearing glasses ever and he gave me lots of info and options, including explaining different types of lenses and their pros and cons. He has a great range of unique frames you don’t find elsewhere, and they’re 50% off with a Yelp check-in! He recommended this pair amongst a few others, and patiently waited as I browsed and tried on a gazillion before I chose it. Have had so many compliments. Michael has done six different types of glasses for me - reading, progressives, distance and even non-prescription sunglasses. He has a great variety of lenses that he can manufacture on-site. His prices are reasonable as is his turnaround. If you need your glasses to be tighter, darker, lighter, you name it, he'll happily adjust them for you. Highly recommend.

I snapped my glasses and I was in desperate need of a quick turnaround as I only had one pair. I went to LensCrafters and they quoted me a very high price and could only offer me next day service. After searching google maps I found Sure Optix at around 5:30pm, not only did he quote me a much more affordable price, he installed new lenses into my frames in under 30mins!!! What an amazing service. Truly a life saver. I would recommend Sure Optix to anyone in the LA area. Support the local business’ and save your money from going to the corporate bullies.
