Ordered via Poshmark; they sent the wrong item, and the item I received isn't available through that channel. No phone support to speak of, and no one to handle this problem in a timely manner. Order took 6 days to ship as well. Unacceptable.

Just wanted to say ‘thank you’....found the best price online for some ray bans with the thought of putting in Rx lenses. Covid related delays meant i couldnt get to optometrist office to get them sent to the lab...finally got in only to hear that the style isn’t compatible with Rx....months and months later. Specs were untouched so i requested a refund for cash and hoped......and next day was approved even though it looks like stnd policy is like 30-40ish days. Super solid, customer focused company here....also they did have the best price i could find! Thanks folks. God bless you all.

4 stars due to the fact that I placed a order on Sept. 1st, paid for 2 Day Air shipping, the product was not shipped until Sept. 3rd in which I received on Tuesday, Sept. 8th as Monday was a Holiday. I was upset as I was expecting a Friday delivery (From NJ to FL), additionally, the sunglasses were a birthday gift and to be used on a trip where we would be outdoors (I had to purchase a pair from Ross, as the person didn't have any sunglasses), however, the sunglasses were as described and the birthday boy loved them so I decided not to return these.

Never received my order after placing An order of about $500 worth of shades. Then reached out to them for help they denied to help me & then told my bank that I stole the shades from them when I never got them. Then they threatened to call the “cops” on me I couldn’t help but to laugh company’s a joke . They don’t even have an Instagram .

Don't buy from here, only a 30-day return period, Sunglasses Hut has a 90-day return. Not sure my Ray-Ban's are even real. Very suspicious
