Warby Parker opticians provide a welcoming experience and excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable and don't try to sell you things you don't need, but provide information necessary to make an informed decision. Stephanie greeted us us with warmth and kindness. She was so good, my mom had to give her a hug after we purchased two pair of single-vision glasses with our prescription. We loved it!

This place has amazing customer service! I bent one of the arms on my glasses, and I thought I'd have to buy new ones. I brought them into WP, and they were able to bend it back into place, and it's still working many months later on.

What a God send these guys are, and I'll definitely be back to buy new glasses when they finally break!

Went to the Warby Parker on Peoria in Tulsa, OK for the first time this weekend. Our associated that assisted my daughter and I was super helpful and friendly. They had a good selection of frames and the pricing was great. We were shown all of the different options on lenses and I ended up getting transition lens and my daughter added the blue light filtering. It was a great experience that didn't take very much time at all. I think we were in the store for less and 45 minutes total and we can't wait to receive our new glasses.

Ordered these frames (Rosie) & they not only look better then online they also compliment my face . They came in not fitting though and kept sliding and falling off , warby Parker Center 1 was amazing at giving a quick fix (will be coming to y’all anytime I experiment issues) I Also love that I can physically see and try on frames .

Great experience - the staff are super helpful but give you enough space to browse and try on. I didn't feel rushed or bombarded/pressured. Walked out in probably under 20 minutes after trying on and placing an order. Would recommend!

@WarbyParker you just lost my business forever! I just bought my 3rd pair from you, and the last ones were a disaster. You took ten days to ship me the wrong person's glasses. Then took 10 to not send the replacement because a QA issue. Then, say it will take another 10 days til the next pair arrives. The Customer Service did nothing to speed up the shipping or even offer me restitution. Plus, now they want the wrong glasses back before they will issue a refund!!! Shame on you guys! You used to be the best.

Lack of Customer Service will be your downfall.

It's an eyeglass store... they sell glasses. It's pretty simple, but these guys really do a great job. I like that I can do things in store or online. They are fast, and their frames have been very well made, and I'm pretty sure I am paying a lot less than the other places wanted for progressive lenses. I would much rather shop here than at the mall.
