Everyone in this store was amazing. They are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had 100% confidence in my exam, recommendations given, and it was all affordable with up-front reasonable pricing. They aren't "salesy" and are attentive from the moment I entered until I left. Just easy!

Customer Service with regards to front of house workers is excellent. Every individual is pleasant and efficient.They do an outstanding job of managing the crowd while still giving personalized attention to customers. At least they did for me. There is also a great selection of frames to choose from. The one star from me is because the lenses in the glasses I received are not properly aligned with my eyes. Warby was great in trying to find a solution. Unfortunately for me, after a couple attempts by the store to correct the problem, I settled for lenses that are partially useful and partially problematic. I may be the exception. Still, it is worth mentioning that as outstanding as the front of house team is to work with, the lenses I received are faulty.

Very pleased with the overall experience. It was nice to try on the frames first, staff was knowledgeable and friendly, quality of the frames nice, styles were diverse from conservative to trendy and adjustments were spot on. I did have one concern so I brought the glasses back within the 30 days. They replaced them with no push back and the replacement glasses are perfect. Great new choice for quality glasses.

We were shopping for a new eye doctor who would be great especially with kids. The Dr and staff were all friendly, helpful and patient. We felt that the previous eye dr didnt have the patience anymore to work with kids. My 13 year old daughter was very comfortable. My husband was also pleased with his appointment. We were referred here by a friend and will certainly do the same in the future!

Mohja is such an amazing optician and worker. I’m based in Canada so I wasn’t gonna make a purchase while in Florida but she helped me a lot find the right model and made the whole experience very easy. The day I came back to Toronto I went for an eye exam in Eaton center downtown Toronto and purchased the frames + the lenses

I was honestly looking for a new prescription for my glasses and contacts didn’t think that Warby Parker would be covered under my Superior Vision Insurance, but I was in total shock!

My insurance covered the exam and gave me a $120 credit towards my contacts. Dr.Erin is so sweet and really got my prescription just right so that I could see without issues.

I chose to get my eyes dilated to check for any issues and was sent home with disposable sunglasses. My contacts will be here within a week to my home and I got a $50 doctor rebate for my new glasses. Win win all around and I will definitely now make this a permanent recurring visit. Thank you Dr. Erin!

I ordered a pair of glasses with my own prescription from the company online, but had an issue adjusting to the new prescription. I went in to the store in person and spoke with the optician who went above and beyond to help me. She made several suggestions to adjust things to make it more comfortable for me. I appreciated everything I learned while speaking with her. I am new to needing vision correction for both reading and distance. She took time and evaluated everything. I left feeling so much better and understanding a lot more than I did before I went. They stand behind customer satisfaction and will work with you for 30 days from the time of purchase to make sure you are happy. I also spoke with customer service on the phone and they were very helpful. Overall a great company!
